With a background in the pharmaceutical domain, Sujeet Shinde built his early career across industries including BFSI, Sales, Pharma, and BPO, gaining first-hand exposure to business pressures, people challenges, and performance expectations. This cross-industry experience shaped his strong understanding of how mindset, capability, and leadership behavior directly influence organizational outcomes.
In 2014, Sujeet founded Training India in Pune with a clear entrepreneurial vision—to build a corporate training organization that solves real business challenges through practical, people-focused solutions. As the driving force behind Training India, he connects people development with business goals, personally leading select high-impact programs while curating the right facilitators from Training India’s trusted network based on each client’s unique needs.
